Meet R.C.

R.C. Otovic was born in Danvers, MA in September 1971.

He grew up in West Newbury, MA and graduated from Pentucket High School in 1989.

He majored in Business Management at CCSU in Connecticut in 1989/90, where he was a sports editor for the school newspaper, The Central Recorder, and did some freelance work for the Hartford Courant. He also hosted a sports radio show on WFCS in New Britain, CT.

R.C. majored in journalism, accepting a full scholarship at NECC in Haverhill, MA, from 1991 to 1994, holding the titles of sports editor and managing editor with the school newspaper, The NECC Observer. During that time, he helped guide his staff to two consecutive National Collegiate Pacemaker awards, an AP Best of Show award in Los Angeles, CA and was offered internships with the Boston Herald and Lawrence Eagle Tribune.

After that, he worked in the transportation scene for 25 years, driving and managing in different fleet services.

He currently resides in New Tampa Palms, FL, with his girlfriend Kim, her daughter, and his two boys. He currently works managing a fleet delivery service, working part time as a ride share driver, and writes on the side. During his free time, he enjoys a fresh cigar at Nicahabana Cigars in Ybor City, FL or relaxing with a glass of wine with Kim.
